Artist Submission Terms

These Artist Submission Terms apply whenever music, artist information, photographs, EPKs, links, audio files or related materials are submitted to Flawless Records Entertainment.

Voluntary Submission

You are submitting your materials voluntarily for possible review by Flawless Records. A submission does not guarantee a response, feedback, meeting, artist representation, management agreement, recording agreement, publishing agreement, distribution agreement, promotion, funding, employment, partnership or collaboration.

Your Authority to Submit

By submitting material, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian, the information you provide is accurate, you own the material or have permission from all necessary rights holders, you have authority to submit the material for review, the submission does not violate any agreement, and the submission does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

Any producer, featured artist, songwriter, photographer or collaborator must have given any permission required for the submission. Do not submit music or material where another contract prevents you from doing so.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the music and original materials you submit. Submitting materials does not transfer copyright, master ownership, publishing rights, trademark rights or other ownership rights to Flawless Records.

Limited Review Permission

You grant Flawless Records a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store your submission, reproduce it internally where technically necessary, play and review the music, share it internally with authorized team members, share it with professional advisers or contractors involved in evaluation, and contact you regarding the submission. This permission is solely for evaluation, administration, security and potential business discussions.

Flawless Records will not commercially release, distribute or publicly exploit your submitted music solely because it was submitted through the website. A separate written agreement would be required for commercial use.

Similar Material

You understand that Flawless Records, its artists, producers or partners may already be developing or may later develop music, titles, themes, lyrics, branding, visuals or ideas that are similar to material you submit. Similarity alone does not establish that Flawless Records copied or used your submission. This clause does not authorize intentional copyright infringement or misuse of your protected work.

No Confidential Relationship

Unless Flawless Records has signed a separate written confidentiality agreement, submissions should not be treated as confidential trade secrets. Do not submit information that you require us to keep strictly confidential. Personal information and uploaded files will still be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and reasonable security practices.

Submission Format

Artists should provide a working private or public streaming link. Accepted platforms may include Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, SoundCloud, YouTube, Dropbox, Google Drive or other accessible private streaming links. Where enabled, one optional MP3 file may be uploaded.

Current intended limits: MP3 audio maximum 25 MB; press photograph or EPK in JPG, PNG or PDF format maximum 15 MB. WAV, ZIP, RAR and executable files are not accepted unless expressly requested. Links must remain accessible long enough for review.

Prohibited Submissions

You must not submit malware, harmful code, illegal material, hate content, threats, stolen music or artwork, material that violates another person’s privacy, false identity information, password-protected files without authorized access, content you do not have permission to submit, large folders, stems or session files unless requested, bank details, passwords, government identification or medical information.

Review and Response

Flawless Records is not required to review every submission or provide feedback. Due to submission volume, only selected artists may be contacted. You should not repeatedly submit the same material or send excessive follow-up messages.

Storage and Deletion

Submissions may be retained for up to 12 months unless a business discussion is ongoing, you request deletion, retention is required for legal or security reasons, or a separate agreement provides otherwise. You may request deletion by emailing management@flawlessrecords.online with the subject “Delete My Artist Submission.” We may retain limited records where legally necessary.

No Compensation

You will not receive compensation merely because Flawless Records receives, stores or reviews your submission. Any compensation, funding, royalty, ownership or revenue arrangement must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.

Responsibility for Claims

You are responsible for claims arising from material you submit without the necessary ownership, authority or permission.

Acceptance

Before submitting, applicants must check a box confirming that they own or control the music and materials submitted, have authority to provide them, and authorize Flawless Records Entertainment to review them under the Artist Submission Terms and Privacy Policy. The submission should not be accepted unless this box is checked.
