By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About Flawless Records

Flawless Records Entertainment is an independent Ghanaian music label and artist-management company. The website provides information about the label, its artists, releases, services, merchandise plans, submission opportunities and contact channels.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit music, enter into business discussions or provide legal consent through this website. A person under 18 may use submission services only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

Permitted Use

You may use the website for lawful personal, professional and informational purposes. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; interfere with security; scrape personal information; impersonate others; submit material you do not have permission to use; copy or commercially exploit website content without authorization; use Flawless Records branding in a misleading manner; or falsely suggest endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Flawless Records Entertainment. Protected content may include logos, branding, website design, text, biographies, photographs, artwork, graphics, videos, music previews, promotional materials, database arrangement and downloadable documents. You may view and share links to publicly available pages, but may not reproduce, modify, sell, license, republish, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.

Artist and Third-Party Content

Some music, photographs, artwork, videos, names and trademarks may belong to artists, producers, photographers, designers, distributors or other third parties. Their appearance on the website does not transfer ownership to visitors.

Music and Streaming Links

Streaming buttons may direct visitors to third-party platforms. Availability, pricing, regional access, subscriptions and service quality are controlled by those platforms. Flawless Records does not guarantee that every link will remain available at all times.

Merchandise

Merchandise displayed as “preview,” “coming soon,” “in development,” “TBA” or “register interest” is not necessarily available for purchase. Registering interest does not create a purchase contract, reserve a product, guarantee availability, guarantee pricing, sizing, color or shipping availability, or require payment. Separate sales terms will apply when checkout becomes available.

Artist Submissions

All music and artist submissions are governed by the separate Artist Submission Terms. Submitting materials does not create a recording, management, publishing, distribution, employment or partnership relationship.

Booking and Business Inquiries

Sending a booking or business inquiry does not confirm an artist’s availability or create a binding booking. A booking becomes binding only after terms have been agreed in writing, any required contract has been signed, any required deposit has been received, and Flawless Records or the authorized representative has issued confirmation.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, error-free or up to date. Release dates, event information, services, artist availability and merchandise plans may change.

Third-Party Websites

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies or practices of third-party websites linked from our website. Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk.
